Shining Star!
January 2019
BRTC is blessed with many great people; not just good dancers, but great people. Some are willing to help other dancers learn steps or work with them on whole routines. Roz is one such individual. She often not only attends our extra session dedicated to extra practice on routines that are currently being taught, but she can often be found, cue
sheet in hand, going over the steps and sequences with those in attendance. She has also often held extra practices with dancers either in her garage or theirs. That willingness to help others is one of many things that makes BRTC dancers shine!
July 2017
July's Shining Star has been working hard to increase the number of dances she performs. She always has a great attitude and I know she practices diligently at home. She has most recently worked extra hard to get Camouflage performance ready, performing it for the first time at the Loudoun County Fair. Keep up the good work, Roz!
August 2016
May's Shining Star puts forth tremendous effort in faithfully practicing every new routine she is taught. She uses our video teaches extensively and is always one of the first to request the YouTube link once a new dance is started. By this I know she is diligent about her practice. That and her great progress are evident of her dedication and joy she has for clogging. That dedication and joy are two very important traits in one's clogging "career". Roz has both of those and more. Her joyful attitude at practice is a pleasure to see and brings a smile to the face of everyone who talks with her. Great job, Roz! Keep it up!
